Hello

I wanted to introduce myself and let you know a little about me and my experience. I’ve been a a massage therapist since 2016, an esthetician since 2020, and a doula since 2022. Most of my experience came from working at Massage Envy for 5 years. I was able to experience lots of different bodies with lots of different ailments and hone in on my specialty, which is therapeutic massage. I love finding tension or knots ( I call those treasures) that are causing pain and help the body let them go. I also love educating people about what their body is doing and why. I find the body to be a fascinating machine.

I started my own business because I felt like I could spend more time with my clients to teach them a stretch or two, maybe a more supportive way to sleep or better posture at work. As an esthetician I’m able to have more freedom from the products I choose to the machines I use. I’m able to help connect you to higher grade products that actually work without killing your budget.

I’ve been studying birth and postpartum doula work recently and have been loving it. I’m so fascinated by what the human body can do! I love being able to help and support people through the crazy rollercoaster that is baby life. Being there for a growing family is so special to watch and such a privilege to be a part of.

On a more personal note, I’ve been married since 2020 and have been together with my husband for 5 years before that. We met in high school but our timeline wouldn’t match up until 6 years after graduation when we saw each other in a coffee bean and tea leaf parking lot. We quickly became friends and soon fell in love. We got married one month into the pandemic so needless to say we had a VERY small ceremony and a private backyard reception (it was just us). My husband is a pediatric nurse and just received his RN, BSN (bachelor in nursing). I couldn’t be prouder of all the hard work he puts into our family. We don’t have any kids yet but they are on the horizon (we have a few goals to hit first). We do have 4 fur babies, 2 dogs and 2 cats, they keep us entertained for sure.

I love learning and connecting with people, sometimes too much, so don’t be afraid to shut me up. I’m an open book and love answering any questions you may have. I hope to see you on my table soon.
